Here’s my secret for getting a perfect fit for this funky road case box hardware, both the latch and the handles. It’s just a little template I made from 1/4” MDF and some @totalboat CA glue with blue tape to securely hold it in place temporarily while I route out the opening with a templating bit in the router. Then like everything in this box, it’s a boat load of rivets to finish it off.
