Think getting in your pond is dirty? Think again! 💧
One of the best things you can do for a recreation pond, and really any pond is… actually use it.
Walking, swimming, and moving around stirs up debris that’s settled on the bottom, keeping it suspended in the water long enough for your filtration system to capture it instead of letting it sit and build into sludge.
It’s similar to what happens in nature. Heavy rains and moving water constantly stir up streams and ponds, helping keep ecosystems healthy and balanced.
So don’t be afraid to jump in, make some memories, and let your pond do what it was designed to do!
