The Tamkin Mastering Islamic Studies Program is a unique opportunity to study the Islamic sciences at a full-time pace — online or on-ground in Istanbul — with some of the world's top specialist scholars, including Dr. Hamza al-Bakri, Dr. Ahmed Snobar, Shaykh Abdul Hamid al-Turkmani, and Shaykh Khalid al-Kharsa.
This is a rigorous, selective program: around 30 students are accepted from hundreds of applicants worldwide, with 16–20 hours of weekly in-class commitment. It is designed to produce scholars with a deep understanding of the Islamic tradition and the capacity to apply it to the challenges of our age, in the close company and guidance of mastery-level scholars.
The program is offered completely free of charge, but it is a serious commitment.
