Bass cover of "The Less I Know the Better" from the album Currents by Tame Impala. Recently swapped out the pickup on my Squier Mustang Bass to a Curtis Novak pickup and it made a world of difference. Thought this would be the perfect song to show off the new tones, although a little disappointed to find out this song wasn't actually recorded on bass. Kevin Parker recently did a breakdown of the recording which confirmed this iconic bass line was recorded on a guitar with the P-Bass Simulator from the Roland GR-55. Really thought the bass was recorded on a Hofner or Bass-VI all these years. Enjoy the cover!
