Description
Shown in this video is a full physical education hour structured with Suples Training.
The students in this video are 10-13 years old.
First, the class began with a warmup utilizing the Suples Path of Glory *Power, which is safe, soft, and allows you to conduct a wide variety of organized warm-ups. These include exercises for mobility, agility, speed, and conditioning.
Following the warm-up, we implemented the Suples Ball to target conditioning and power.
The main part of the class was the Suples Circuit workout, which featured stations with:
