For me, a clean house creates a calmer mind, reduces stress, improves my mood, and helps me feel more present with my family. I truly notice a difference in my mental health when my environment feels organized and peaceful.
Cleaning is also a surprisingly great form of movement! Whether it's vacuuming, mopping, carrying laundry baskets, or simply staying active around the house, it all adds up and helps me burn calories while caring for our home.
