I was so confused when recording my walkthrough and frustrated aswell when I ended up with a different number of Jellyfish at the end of the level several times even though I clearly collected them all. I kept messing around until I found the culprit for that behaviour. Just press X quickly while digging with Patrick and you can increase your Jellyfish Counter as much as you want!
