Roy began his career at PSA as a chemist handling dangerous goods, making sure hazardous chemicals were moved and stored safely. It was interesting and meaningful work, but he found himself drawn to a new direction.
He took the leap and now works as a cloud engineer, finding more flexibility and balance for his numerous hobbies. Outside of work, cycling became his way to reset, meet new people and create breathing space for himself. 🚴♂️🌳
His story reminds us that growth starts with knowing what matters most and having the courage to choose differently. 💭
