An 18-month-old boy is taken out for a walk to the Lentor Road Park. He is very happy to be outdoors, to see and feel the things in the environment. It is humid and he felt itchy in his neck (end of video).
Many Singapore residents dislike the heat and sweat outdoors and prefer to stay air-conditioned homes.
This video shows that outdoor activities and exercises promote mental and physical wellness in this little boy. He improves his muscle and leg co-ordination and is simply happy.
