Tomato soup:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup flour
4 cups chicken bone broth
2 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dried basil
salt and pepper to taste

Black bean skillet:
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cup red enchilada sauce
1 cup cooked rice (if you don't burn it lol!)
1 15oz can black beans
1/2 cup fresh cilantr, chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Tortilla chips, avocado, greek yogurt, cilantro for serving
Sourdough pizza dough:
250g hard white wheat, milled
250g all purpose flour
350g water
50g starter
10g salt
