Description
On the night of Saturday, June 20, 2026, an apparent armed robbery unfolded on Hollywood Boulevard. Witnesses reported hearing approximately five gunshots before emergency crews arrived on scene.
When SJC reached the location, a victim was being treated by a Los Angeles Fire Department ambulance while LAPD officers secured the area and searched for shell casings. According to information gathered at the scene, a valuable chain and a wallet had reportedly been stolen during the incident. Detectives continued their investigation as bystanders tried to piece together what had happened.
