"We have acquired a project i think u guys can work ur magic on, an old building that used to be some shops and a couple of apartments , its been empty and sitting a while. Work did begin but unfortunately the contracters pulled out. We are happy to renovate the cafe, daycare, and post office, but would like to add a womans fashion shop. Work on the upstairs 2 apartments must also be done . Plus a little outside work. I know ur reputation flipper so im looking forward to seeing the results. Happy flipping 😄❤️"
