Hooked into a beautiful Mutton Snapper and thought it was coming home whole… but the tax man showed up 😅 A shark crushed it boatside and took more than half!
We didn’t let that stop us though, we salvaged what we could, cleaned it up, and turned it into an unreal catch & cook. Fresh Mutton Snapper still hits different, even when you have to share it with the ocean’s landlord.
