Alot went into this customized installation including even having it built for us. Thanks @microcentertech !
Must importanly though, the Bazzite OS Linux based operating system that was a total pain in the ass to get down! But it was all worth it! Once I get around to finishing the customization of the operating system and getting it really where I want it, I'll be updating here!
