Description
An attempted murder suspect died Wednesday morning after at least one deputy fatally shot them, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said. The shooting that also left two people injured occurred near Diablo Drive and Woodforest Drive, north of Elkhorn Boulevard, the sheriff's office said. All officers are OK, the sheriff's office said. KCRA 3's Mike TeSelle is at Diablo and Lancelot drives and sees a large response from multiple agencies that include the sheriff's office, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the California Highway Patrol and the Twin Rivers Unified School District Police Services—the scene is down the street from one of its schools; class is not in session.
