I had a breast implant rupture, but no one knew until the implants (from 2009) were taken out. I was going in for a replacement because I didn’t like the way the ruptured side looked and it turned out to be ruptured. @stevenstruckmd explains very well how he dealt with that implant and how he really worked with my chest wall (which is somewhat deformed) to give me the best outcome.
