Royalty-free is not free. Copyright-free is rare and specific. Creative Commons has strings attached. AI music is still legally murky. To use any track in a video, you need to clear
sync and master rights. And the three ways to do that are Creative Commons, individual licences, or a blanket licence — and for most creators, the blanket licence is the move.

Always read the licence. Before you drag a track into your timeline, spend thirty seconds checking what you’re actually allowed to do with it. Future you will be very, very grateful.
