Trevor the Trayback is finally tuned!
After converting this FG Falcon trayback from naturally aspirated power to a turbo Barra setup, it was time to hit the road and head to Melbourne for the final tune.
In this episode I fit a Jaylec alternator supplied through Cool Drive, make the trip across to All Trade Automotive, hand the car over to Brett for tuning, and then find out what the new combination is capable of on the road.
The result genuinely surprised me. I wasn't expecting this much performance from what still looks like a fairly ordinary work ute.
Current setup includes:
• FG Falcon Trayback Ute
• Barra engine with turbo conversion
• Haltech ECU
• Raceworks fuel system
• Pulsar intercooler
• Mackie Electrical intake and battery relocation
• XForce exhaust
• GJ Driveline tailshaft
• VPW TrueTrac differential centre
