Atlanta is mourning the loss of Alley Boy, who passed away after a long battle with kidney failure.
In recent years, he openly shared how years of lean use and high blood pressure damaged his kidneys, hoping his story would keep others from making the same mistakes.
I met Alley Boy back in 2005 while working at V-103 and would often see him at Club Crucial and Club 112. It’s heartbreaking to see another Atlanta artist gone too soon.
