I took on the challenge and tried making one of Mumbai's most loved burgers in my own kitchen! From the juicy patty to the signature flavors, we did our best to recreate the Jimi's Burger experience and see how close we could get.

FOR BURGER PATTY:
2 tsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
2-3 Green Chilis
1 large Finely Chopped Onion
2 tsp Mixed Herbs Seasoning
8-10 Finely Chopped French Beans
½ Capsicum
½ Carrot
1 Handful Green Peas
½ cup Sweet Corn
Salt To Taste
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
2-3 pinches Garam Masala
½ Lemon Juice
6-7 Boiled Potatoes
2 Cheese Cubes
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
¼ cup Cornflour
¼ cup All Purpose Flour
Salt
7-8 Bread Slices
½ cup Crushed Cornflakes
½–1 tsp Mixed Herbs/Oregano
FOR SAUCE:
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp Chilli Sauce
FOR BURGER ASSEMBLY:
Burger Buns
Butter
Onion Rings
Lettuce Leaves
Tomato Slices
Cheese Slices
Jalapenos
