Rebel Wilson has won a defamation lawsuit after Australia's Federal Court ruled that her Instagram posts about co-star Charlotte MacInnes were not defamatory. The court found MacInnes failed to prove the posts caused, or were likely to cause, serious harm to her reputation. The legal dispute stemmed from social media comments linked to their 2024 film The Deb. While Wilson maintained her posts were truthful, MacInnes' legal team has confirmed it intends to appeal the ruling.
