Description
I did a slime green radioactive sign buzz cut hair dye design on my friend Migs and it turned out looking so cool! He has had his hair dyed this same neon slime green for a while and it was time to spice up that undercut! This color actually glows under blacklight so after doing this hair transformation he came back for me to do his roots, touch up the lengths, style it, and finally get a good clip of it glowing under black light! I'm editing that hair bleaching, dyeing, and glowing process right now and will try to post it tomorrow!
