Super Sentai is something I don’t avoid per se, but it’s not on my everyday radar. I’ve seen the classics—Kakuranger, which I loved; Dairanger, which was a wild ride; and Zyuranger... well, let’s just say it wasn’t my favorite. Aside from those, I dabbled in Gokaiger, Go-Busters, Kyoryuger, and a bit of Lupinranger vs. Patranger. The only modern Reiwa-Era Sentai I’ve seen is one episode of Zenkaiger. Everything else felt uninteresting to me—Kirameiger, Donbrothers, just couldn’t get into them. Even KingOhger didn’t catch my attention until I saw ONE PICTURE... the thumbnail of this video! Doesn't this go so hard? Feel free to screenshot. So, inspired by this image and with Power Rangers currently on hiatus (and now Super Sentai), I decided to dive into the 47th Sentai series, Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger!

Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger (王様戦隊キングオージャー Ō-sama Sentai Kingu-Ōjā) is a Japanese Tokusatsu-drama and the 47th installment in Toei Company's Super Sentai Series. The series premiered on March 5, 2023, joining Kamen Rider GeatsIcon-crosswiki in the Super Hero TimeIcon-crosswiki line-up after the finale of Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. After the finale of Geats, King-Ohger was joined by Kamen Rider GotchardIcon-crosswiki on September 3, 2023. The series would later end in February 2024, being replaced by Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger in the Super Hero Time block.
The show is dubbed in South Korea as Power Rangers Kingdom Force (파워레인저 킹덤포스 Pawoleinjeo Kingdeomposeu?). Prior to that parts of toyline were sold under the title Power Rangers King-Ohger (파워레인저 킹오저 Pawoleinjeo king-ojeo?).
