NOIR SIRE is a new solo melodic black metal project from France founded by Efnys
Yersina, former member of Hindvir. Twenty years later, he returns with a brand of black
metal driven by crushing rhythms, razor-sharp leads, and a dark, aggressive identity.
The project's debut single, "Upon the Svlfvr Path", explores the moment of irreversible
transformation: a journey through sulfur, ash, and inner collapse, where instinct
gradually overcomes reason. Blending aggressive riffs with memorable melodies, the
track offers a modern approach while remaining true to the essence of melodic black
metal.
Inspired by the spirit of the early Scandinavian black metal scene while forging its own
