Bill having fallen into a habit of blacking out drunk due to boredom (and a cocktail of other things) finds himself capable of dreaming once more- but those dreams soon turn to past defeats in the form of nightmares and so on, as they get progressively worse over time eventually not only being about his past with the Pines, but the crimes he’s committed as a whole.
