This morning, we are having a deeper conversation about your kids and what they post online or text to one another, it can quickly lead to criminal charges if they are not careful. In fact, a 13-year-old in Flagler County is now facing charges - accused of sending a death threat. Deputies say the teen sent another 13-year-old a photo of himself holding a handgun - along with a written threat to kill him. Investigators say the two boys were once friends, but that relationship soured, and they had been messaging the day of the incident - planning to fight. Millicent Daniels is a local attorney and joins us via Zoom this morning.
