In today’s video I discuss the news which came out last week discussing new games, in the Suzerain Universe. Suzerain, and Suzerain: Rizia are some of my favorite games to have come out in the last 20 years, and the developer Torpor Games has come out with a series of announcements last week discussing the expansion of the universe into three new stories, Suzerain Stories: The Neutral Lens where you for the first time are not a head of state, but rather the head of a news show, where you’ll need to navigate your own personal challenges while also deciding what and how to report the news of the world. The second game announced was Wars of Suzerain, which is a full-fledged Turn-Based Wargame, looking at a war between the adversarial Rumberg and Agnolia. Lastly, the DLC, Suzerain: Socialist Republic of Galmland, for the first time puts you in charge of a country as both a woman and an outright socialist. Here me muse on the games and my anticipation for them.
