National Weather Service warns Colorado wildfires creating hydrophobic soil, flash flood dangers

Colorado has needed rain all year, but the wildfires burning in western Colorado are creating some complications. The National Weather Service in Pueblo recently demonstrated how burn scarred terrain can be hydrophobic, creating a risk of flash floods.
