My handwritten pages file themselves now. Sketches too.

I tested reMarkable and every iPad note-taking app — Apple Notes, Notability, GoodNotes — to get my handwritten notes into my local folder for Claude to pick up. Nothing worked. Then I found this.

Claude reads my handwriting natively. No OCR step, no conversion, no automation.

⏱ Full build walkthrough below — every app I tested, what failed, and the workflow I actually ship.

In this video I walk through the actual two-way handwritten-collaboration loop I run on top of myPKA: the Team Inbox (where my sketches and meeting notes land for Claude to read) and the Needs Feedback folder (where Claude drops plans, mockups, and drafts back to me for review with the Apple Pencil). The whole thing runs on PDF files synced through iCloud. Zero automations. Zero hacks. Just files in folders, and Claude inside the folder.

What you will see:
- Why reMarkable failed for my workflow (and when it still wins)
- Why Apple Notes' export hack was too brittle
- Why Notability and GoodNotes auto-backup nearly worked but added one sync hop too many
- The PDF Expert setup that won — Team Inbox and Needs Feedback folders, two-way
- Claude reading sketched UI mockups, annotated plans, and decision checkboxes — on camera
- The handwritten-collaboration loop I now reinforce via the team knowledge work stream
- Why I deleted Heptabase's whiteboards and went back to handwriting note-taking apps
