Thousands of visitors watched artists transform concrete traffic barriers into colourful works of art during Lloydminster's second annual Mural Fest at the Lloyd Ex Fair. Now that the festival has wrapped up, the finished barriers will be installed throughout the community, leaving a lasting reminder of the creativity and collaboration behind the four-day event.
