This piece is the quiet ignition of the inner fire, the moment when the world is still cool, the sun hasn’t yet crested the horizon, and the world feels like it’s holding its breath. Morning Awakening Chakra is my way of tuning the whole system, root to crown, into alignment before the day begins, or any time you feel the need to re center, re balance, and rise again.
I composed this one from that familiar vantage point: the long quiet of the Southwest morning, the soft hum of energy gathering in the chest, the sense that something ancient is stirring just beneath the surface. Each chakra is gently activated, uplifted, and brought into resonance, not forced, not pushed, but invited. A slow ignition. A mythic awakening.
This soundscape is meant to:
• Balance the full chakra system
• Awaken dormant energy
• Uplift mood and inner clarity
• Tune the body’s subtle frequencies
• Activate intention and presence
• Support meditation, breathwork, or quiet reflection
• Begin the day with grounded strength and open awareness
I approach these pieces the same as I approach the desert in which I dwell, listening more than speaking, letting the tones reveal themselves, letting the energy settle where it needs to. If you’ve followed Taos Winds for a while, you know the aim is always the same, to create a space where the mythic and the everyday meet, where the inner world becomes audible.
Use this soundscape in the morning, during meditation, while journaling, or whenever your spirit feels scattered and needs to return to center.
