Finally got a deathless run!
Biggest timeloss was missing the quick kill on Mined Mind. Other relatively minor timelosses elsewhere.
Will continue to improve this time, most likely on the current patch of the game
("Restricted" bans Out of Bounds, boss skips, and tricks with the Fishing Rod that skip more than one screen.)
