Douglas F. Beach, MD, is the Director of Cell Therapy and Transplant at Penn Medicine's Pennsylvania Hospital, where he specializes in malignant hematology including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. As director of the cellular therapy program, he offers patients access to the latest targeted therapies and CAR T treatments — including the ability to receive CAR T therapy on an outpatient basis, meaning more time at home and less time in the hospital.
