A new night version of Dire Marsh.
A new defensive Runner called Sentinel.
Major progression changes.
Weapon sandbox reworks.
More player freedom.
Less grind.
And most importantly?
Another FREE weekend to test whether players are finally ready to come back.
This might be the most important season Marathon has had so far, because if these changes don’t improve retention and bring players back in larger numbers… we may finally get our answer on the future of extraction shooters.
But one thing is clear:
Bungie is listening.
