IDAC Head, Adv Andrea Johnson, has invoked her self-incrimination rights against allegations by Hawks investigators and Witness O.
They implicate her in alleged interference and defeating the ends of justice concerning her handling of a criminal complaint against Major-General Feroz Khan.
The Commission heard that the manner in which Adv Johnson allegedly furnished Khan with the contents of the assault and intimidation case where he is the suspect, raises questions of alleged impropriety.
