Description
This 2014 C7 Corvette came in for a simple cam and cold air package, but everything changed when the customer heard another cammed C7 with long-tube headers on the dyno.
His response: “I want the headers now!”
We upgraded the build to our full LMR Stage 2 package with a camshaft, DoD delete, upgraded valvetrain, ATI balancer, cold air intake, American Racing headers, and high-flow cats.
The result was 496 RWHP and 440 RWTQ with aggressive chop, excellent drivability, and a completely transformed driving experience.
Not every LT1 needs 1,000 horsepower. Sometimes the right naturally aspirated setup is all it takes.
