On 19 MAR 2026 I took a look at Airbase Leeuwarden, and after I parked my car I already could hear some jet engines. It turned out to be 2 F-35's from the Dutch Royal Airforce, F-014 from 2020 and F-019 from 2021. I was surprised by the enormous noise the JSF's made while taking off. It was much louder than the video recorded it.
