Description
Watch live from Saint Mary of the Angels in Assisi as Pope Leo XIV meets young people from across Europe during the GO! Franciscan Youth Meeting.
The Holy Father will meet thousands of young people between the ages of 18 and 33 from across Europe, in an event promoted by the Franciscan Families and held as part of the journey toward the celebrations marking the 800th anniversary of the Transitus of Saint Francis of Assisi.
At 9:00 a.m., Pope Leo XIV will meet with the young participants; at 10:30 a.m., he will preside over the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration in the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Angels. The day will conclude with a missionary mandate, a symbolic sending forth to bring the joy of the Gospel and the Franciscan spirit into the world.
