Sweet corn, gooey melted mozzarella and a kick of spice. This is the side dish that always steals the show.
Here’s how you make it
Ingredients:
- 1 boiled corn
- ½ - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp mayo
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp oregano powder
- chilli flakes to taste
- Shredded mozzarella cheese, as needed
- Green onions, for garnish
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan and add boiled corn. Mix well.
2. Add mayo, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt completely.
4. Garnish with green onions and serve hot!
