The El Cortez Mexican Bar & Grill kid's BEAN AND CHEESE in Laguna Niguel, CA. I ordered to go after some serious pickleball practice, and ordered other things, but the bean and cheese off the kids menu was an absolute smoke show. Really good beans, really nice cheese, well distributed and a great repeatable tortilla. Red salsa was a hiccup fest, their house salsa is money and their green was great -- I recommend getting all three with whatever you're eating.
