With the K4, Kia underscores its commitment to offering customers a diverse range of powertrain options. The compact car is available in Germany with four engine variants, including one electrified option. The entry-level engine is an 85 kW (115 hp) 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The 1.0 T-GDI is also available as a mild hybrid, featuring a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT7). Additionally, a 1.6 T-GDI is offered in two power outputs: 110 kW (150 hp) and 132 kW (180 hp), both equipped with a seven-speed DCT as standard.
