✨ Recipe:
🌾 1 cup sprouted jowar flour
🥣 ½ cup rolled oats
🍯 ¼ cup honey
🧈 ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
🥄 2 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame)
🥄 ½ tsp baking powder
🧂 A pinch of salt
🌿 Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla essence
Method:
1️⃣ Mix all the dry ingredients.
2️⃣ Add honey and melted butter/oil to form a soft dough.
3️⃣ Shape into cookies and place on a lined baking tray.
4️⃣ Bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden.
