ISRO Scientist Resignation News: भारत के सबसे बड़े अंतरिक्ष संस्थान ISRO में वैज्ञानिकों के लगातार इस्तीफों ने सरकार की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, पिछले एक साल में 100 से 120 वैज्ञानिक और टेक्निकल एक्सपर्ट नौकरी छोड़ चुके हैं। इनमें Chandrayaan-3, Gaganyaan, LVM-3 और SpaDeX जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मिशनों से जुड़े अधिकारी भी शामिल बताए जा रहे हैं।
अब Department of Space (DoS) ने इस पर बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए Group-A वैज्ञानिकों और हाई-प्रोफाइल स्पेस मिशनों से जुड़े टेक्निकल स्टाफ के इस्तीफे और VRS को लेकर नए और सख्त नियम लागू किए हैं। अब किसी भी ISRO सेंटर के डायरेक्टर अपने स्तर पर इस्तीफा मंजूर नहीं कर सकेंगे। सभी मामलों में अंतिम फैसला मुख्यालय करेगा।
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, UR Rao Satellite Centre और Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre से कई वैज्ञानिक निजी स्पेस कंपनियों में जा चुके हैं। माना जा रहा है कि बेहतर वेतन, तेज़ी से बढ़ता Private Space Sector और नए करियर अवसर इसकी बड़ी वजह हैं।
