Is hydrogen water actually different than regular sparkling water? I ran a simple pH test to find out — comparing regular sparkling water to hydrogen-infused water using a chemical indicator.
The result: hydrogen water tested less acidic. The likely explanation involves the magnesium listed on the label, which may react with the acid from dissolved CO₂. I'll dig into that reaction in more detail in a follow-up video.
