Recipe

For marination
- 1 kg boneless mutton
- 2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp ready Biryani powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- 100g Greek yogurt
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Chopped mint leaves

In the pressure cooker
- Add 20g desi ghee
- 5 dry biryani spice
- 1 tsp pepper corns
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 onions
- 1.5 tomatoes
- 2 sliced green chilly

Transfer marinated mutton into the pressure cooker and cook it for 5 mins and add 130 ml water.

Pressure cook until 9 whistles.

Once mutton is cooked, add 300g raw soaked basmati rice.

- 1.5 tsp biryani powder
- 2 tsp salt
- Chopped coriander and mint leaves
- Mix well

Pressure cook for 1 more whistle. Mutton biryani is ready.
