Croatian hill climb ace Domagoj Perekovic delivered an absolutely spectacular performance at Rechberg 2026, throwing his brutal Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 9 up the legendary 4.4 km mountain course with incredible commitment and insane speed.
With his aggressive driving style and massive turbo power, Perekovic secured a spot in the TOP 8 overall Touring Car classification, missing out by just 0.27 seconds (!!) in an unbelievably tight fight.
But the weekend wasn’t without drama…
During Race Run 2, a technical engine issue caused serious concern inside the team. In the end, everyone was simply happy to make it to the finish and secure an excellent 6th place in PF Class 1.
This Evo 9 is an absolute monster: brutal acceleration, huge top speed, and legendary AWD traction that makes it one of the wildest touring cars on the mountain.
