Description
A few days before Western States 26, I had a very interesting chat with Molly Seidel about her journey from Olympic marathon to the trails and ultra-races.
We spoke about injuries, pressure, training, and the uncertainty that comes with taking on a completely new challenge. Molly shares how a difficult period in her career opened the door to different ways to enjoy running, and how exciting is to feel like a beginner again.
An honest conversation about performance, resilience, and continuing to learn through sport.
