The internet took rice paper, rolled it up with egg, and called it a bagel. I had a different idea. Today I'm turning rice paper into THREE ridiculously good air fryer creations: a Buffalo Chicken Roll, a Reuben Roll, and a Steak & Onion Roll loaded with caramelized onions, cheese, and steak sauce. Crispy, crunchy, cheesy, and way more interesting than pretending rice paper is a bagel.
