The truth is the odds were already stacked against us, but we didn’t give up Cloudland without a fight! It seemed obvious that they wanted us out before the Lisa Frank /Hotels.com pop up launch, and that would have resulted in us being on the street and leaving everything in Cloudland as is.
Thankfully, I spoke up and got legal help and community support, and was able to paint over my murals, and land somewhere safer. 🫶🏾🌈
