Today an old friend stopped by Foose Design... My old ‘69 Firebird that I customized in 1988! This car was actually formerly orange with a black interior. At the time I was thinking, why not restore this thing!
I did that by flush-fitting the windshield, the back window, and smoothing out a bunch of different parts on the car. In the video, I go into more detail explaining how this car ended up looking how it does today. It is really interesting seeing design choices that I made almost 40 years ago!
Another funny story happened when this car was filmed for Car Craft Magazine. You can see the magazine here where I was drifting the Firebird. At the time I only did it because I was promised new wheels, but I never saw those new wheels! Looking back it’s a very funny story, and one I can look at fondly all these years later.
